Derived from the Arabic word “azarak” meaning “blue”, Ajrakh is a unique form of blockprinting on textiles using the resist-dyeing technique. It is made by the Khatri community in Gujarat and can be easily distinguished by the intricate floral and geometrical patterns as well as the rich colours - blue, red and black .

This fine craft here is adorned by the pure cotton fabric which is a delight to print on by the master artisans as it brings out it’s best adaption.
