As a historian, she had read about many ancient civilisations. However, she had always been the most fascinated by the Egyptian civilisation. Her knowledge on the topic was encyclopaedic, and she spent her idle hours daydreaming about the iconic queens of ancient Egypt. She couldn’t help being fascinated by the glorious reign of Nefertiti, or by Hatshepsut who would often disguise herself as a male pharaoh, and even the marvel and mystery surrounding Cleopatra.
